This tassel garland banner looks great hung from a highchair, a table, or even on the wall! It is madd with yarn, unpolished wooden beads, burlap, and artificial flowers. The beads and tassel portion is about 18 inches across. There is an excess of 12 inches of yarn on each side to use for ties.
