Solid white oak. these are old growth. Tight growth rings. Heavy grain patterns. Very pretty. The pictures do not do them justice on showing all the differences in the grain. These are 2.25" square. rounded over edges. Sanded smooth and finished with a coat of clear. Do you wonder why most outdoor dice are all 3.5" in size? That is what a fence post is, 3.5" You wont see other yard dice like mine on here. Mine are unique. Ours start out as shipping dunnage. Rough, warped, cracked. We clean the wood up, plane it down to the size we are looking for. Then make dice. Anyone can get a fence post and cut it into squares. Get something you will actually want to show off. Something that shows off the beauty of nature. Plus the size makes then easier to hold and roll. Not to mention, store when not in use. Each order will include 5 dice.
