Coronation Paperweight, King Charles III, Grey and Black, Coronation Emblem, 2023 Coronation, Cabochon Paperweight

Product Description

This domed cabochon Coronation Emblem Glass Paperweight features the official Grey and Black emblem created to celebrate the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III on 6 May 2023. The emblem is created with the flora of the four nations of the United Kingdom: - the rose for England, - the thistle for Scotland, - the daffodil for Wales, - the shamrock for Northern Ireland. These natural forms combine to describe St Edward’s Crown, used for the coronation of British monarchs. The emblem was designed by Sir Jony Ive with his creative collective LoveFrom. The round paperweight measures 2.5" x 5/8" (63.5 x 15 mm) and weighs 4 ounces with a signed, matching felt bottom. It is also available in a larger size measuring 3" x 3/4" (72.2 x 19.05 mm) weighing 5 ounces. See LAST photo for size comparison. It is available in my shop in 7 colorways: Turquoise and Blue, Red and Blue, Grey and Black, Pink and Red, solid Royal Purple, solid Red, and solid Blue.
