Hand painted Pet Portraits done from your photos. Painting animals has always been my favorite subject. The pictures shown are a sample of what I can do. My portraits are all hand painted in oil paint not computer generated. The Samoyed was painted for my son white I kept their dog the Black Lab in the first picture is my own and the others are custom orders that I have painted. I have painted just about all breeds of dogs along with several cats, horses, birds, and many other kinds of pets. My dog is part of the family and I am sure yours is too, each has their own personality and I try to reflect that in my painting. This listing is for a portrait of any animal in sizes 5x7" up to 11x14" done in oils. The portrait will be done from pictures that you supply. I can either paint it on stretched canvas or on the artboard whichever you prefer, the Samoyed was painted on scratched canvas. Custom portraits in oil will usually take 2 to 3 weeks to complete and to allow for drying time. A pet portrait is a great and unique gift for just about any occasion.
