At a certain level, most fantasy tabletop RPGs take to the air in some form or another. Whether the wizard learns fly, the druid learns how to wildshape into birds, or the ranger steals a flying broomstick, transitioning from 2d to 3d combat can be tough for some tables. After all, there's few things that break immersion more than throwing a dragon on the battle map and having to remind your players every few minutes that it's actually 40 feet in the air. That's where our combat risers come in! They're even collapsible for games on the go! Of course, we think a drop of super glue here and there makes everything a bit more secure if you have a way to store them. Each set of risers comes in 10', 20', and 30' heights. The small set fits 1" miniatures; the medium set fits 2" miniatures; and the large set fits 3" miniatures (though we think it's big enough to balance larger miniatures on there too). The DM Master Pack contains all three sets! ------------------------------------------------------------ IMPORTANT: Combat risers will ship with masking applied to both sides of the acrylic in order to protect them from scratches during transit. The masking is easy enough to peel off with your thumbnail, though for the easiest method of removal we recommend soaking the acrylic in warm water for about 15 minutes to help the masking loosen. There will also be a plastic razor blade provided with each order to help in removing the masking.
