I made this on my pottery wheel out of durable, beautiful porcelain clay. The exterior features my Save the Bees design with colorful wildflowers and buzzing bumblebees. The knob on the lid is a gorgeous sculpture of a dragonfly atop a flower. The tea pot holds around 6 cups of tea (46 ounces) and is 9" high x 9" handle to spout x 7" wide. While this is sturdy enough for use in the dishwasher, I recommend hand washing the teapot due to the delicate nature of the spout and handle. This teapot is completely functional and is artistically beautiful. The glaze is food safe and can withstand the heat of boiling water for your tea.
