Production will not start on your order until the colors and font alignment have been approved. { SIZES } - STAIN BACKING: Size indicate the horn width, measured from right to left at the longest point. Height will vary depending on font selection. { Production/processing times } NOTE, product preparation and shipping times are separate steps. Your order is prepared within 4 - 7 business days, then shipped via UPS. { MATERIAL} We used solid wood and a metal sawtooth. The wood letters for the sign are 1/4" thick and can be painted in your chosen color. Only the front of the letters will be painted; the sides will be left dark. The letters are mounted on a 1/4" birch plywood backing.
