Knit from natural, undyed 100% alpaca or 100% organic merino wool. Since the fiber is not dyed, the alpaca black, is not a jet black, and can appear as a very dark brown in some lighting. The white is an ivory. The organic merino wool is also ivory. I usually have some black walnut dyed Organic merino wool, which creates different shades of brown.
