Silk handkerchief skirt made with taffeta and chiffon silks. Made for someone measuring a 31" waist. I have it on a dress form with a 32" waist and if you look at the last picture I can just barely fit my finger in between the waistband and the dress form. Some details are hand sewn. Made originally for one of my bridesmaids who ended up preferring pants instead and told me I could sell it.
