This hand sanded and hand polished piece of chert was found in San Antonio Texas. I started with my Dremel grinding it down to a smooth stone But also trying to keep its natural shape. Then proceeded to hand polish starting with grit number 60 and working my way up to grit number 5000. Hand braided green cord. Reminded me of something very earthy.
