Boo Y'all Distressed Crackle Solar Yard Sign in Bright Orange. The modified solar house number light has green LED lights in a distressed crackled black plastic frame measuring overall approximately 14.5" x 5.5" x 1". During the day, the message appears in white with an orange background, while at night, the message shines in bright green from 5 LED lights. Also available in black vinyl or other colors upon request. The light uses rechargeable Ni-Mh rechargeable AA 1.2v batteries and comes on automatically at dusk. It will operate for several hours at night, depending on the amount of sun exposure during the day. I upgrade the original batteries to higher amperage for longer nighttime life. The light comes with yard stakes, but screw holes allow for easy attachment to other surfaces, as well as hanging by a chain. For best results mount it in an area that gets full sun for several hours a day. The solar light turns on automatically once the light fades in the evening. The lights are made by a major solar light manufacturer, but my modifications void the manufacturer's warranty. I test each light before shipping to ensure full operation.
