One side is flat with or without a juice groove for cutting meats and all other types of food. Turn this board over and you have a unique board for cutting bread, with evenly spaced grooves to catch bread crumbs as you cut your freshly baked bread. Choose the set with one of our awesome bread knives. This knife has a super sharp stainless steel blade with a matching wood handle that is shaped to cut a slice of bread with a consistent thickness over and over. - Board 15" x 10" x" .75" - Knife 15.75" x 2" x .625" Finished with food grade mineral oil and custom board wax. Every board comes with a complimentary 2 oz tin of our custom blended board wax. Each knife comes with a complimentary blade cover. Bread board side is engraved with "Fresh Bread".
