These are hand made in North Carolina. All southern yellow pine construction. Birdhouse is 14" tall not including bottom post. Total height is 22" peak to post. Comes with a natural sisal rope loop for easy hanging. Three coats of Exterior grade paint plus accent colors. Removable bottom for easy cleanout.
