bloom’s Chronic Illness Planner is intended to resonate with any chronic illness warrior, regardless of their specific conditions. We worked closely with hundreds of chronic illness community members of all types, hosting in-person and virtual focus groups to cover as many needs as we possibly could. We wanted the basic structure to resonate widely, but still have the flexibility to be customized to everyone’s unique health needs. We aimed to provide structure and guidance, but avoid overwhelming. We wanted it to feel optimistic and motivating, but not toxically positive, because we know just how hard the hard days can be. This planner is 7” wide x 9” tall, undated, and has premium features including gold foil stamping, gold metal binding, 100gsm paper, tabs, a double-sided pocket divider, and a free sticker sheet. In addition to providing a guided system of monthly and weekly planning and reflection, this planner is also packed with both tactical medical resources and also intentionally designed life coaching worksheets and other inspirational tools.
