Conglomerate Stone Jewelry Set
Conglomerate stones are composed of a variety of rocks. Geologist refer to this as clastic sedimentary rock, as it can contain clasts (chards, fragments and bits and pieces) of any rock material or weathering material (sand, earth, water…) that is washed downstream or down current of the sedimentary rock. The pendant in this set has a lovely conglomerate stone with a rusty brown matrix surrounding the white bits. Sterling silver filled wire sculpted wire surrounds the cabochon. The pendant is about 2" long. The necklace is made with shell discs that have a similar color and look as the pendant. Separating the shell beads are complimentary glass pearls. The necklace is about 20" long. The earrings are single drops of the glass pearls dangling from French ear wires and are about 1" long. All attempts have been made to photograph these items correctly in the natural light. However, colors can/do vary with everyone's individual monitors.
