This mushroom fanny pack has an adjustable strap and zipper closure. There is a variant with a custom mushroom fabric lining designed by my artist friend ShellRose Creations. This pattern is not my own! I am using Rachel Veenstra's "Mushroom Tote Bag" pattern found on Ravelry just altered to be a fanny pack.
