At the bottom of each form, we also provide a detachable tag to coordinate with each color if you are giving your project as a gift. Four different color designs (6 each color) for a total of 24 sheets per pad giving you at least two project planners per month. Gummed top makes them easy to detach (these are not sticky notes).
