Start your own mini flower garden in this compostable bag. Just add water to let the seeds know it is time to grow. Place in a sunny spot (indoors first) then transfer the whole thing directly into soil (after about 10 days). Each small bag contains a combination of live wildflower seeds and soft cotton paper scrap. The cotton acts as a gentle starter bed to nurse the seeds through their germination. Once you see sprouts just open the bag along the seams and tuck it into a small bed of soil so the flowers get the nutrients they will need to continue growing. The bag acts as a small nursery once you reseal it after adding water. Then in the soil, the bag will biodegrade and add nutrients to the planting as it is made from corn. These wildflower seeds are found in this mix: Snapdragon (Annual), Petunia (Annual), Beardtongue (Perennial), Poppy (Annual), Mountain Mint (Perennial), Chamomile (Perennial). The plants tolerate partial shade and need 4 hours a day of direct sunlight. Will grow to about 3'.
