I start this beautiful creamy fudge by using the best chocolate in the world. It took me decades to find. It is from Italy, fair-trade, cruelty-free, and sustainably grown. Then I make the fudge like grandma used to make, the old-fashioned way. There is no weird rice syrup or anything that is usually associated with vegan products. In addition to using the finest organic products on the market, I have a few tricks up my sleeve — like using 3 different types of sugar — that make the consistency of this fudge absolutely perfect. There is not one person that has tried my fudge (that I know of) who has not said that this is the best fudge they have ever tasted.
