It has been finished in a dark metallic gray color. Lamp stands 9 1/2 inches tall and stands on a dark brown oak stained round wood base. Wood base is 4 inches in diameter 8 foot red twisted vintage-type cord. Edison bulb is included. I have been making lamps for 12 years.
