Vol. 1 of the Glass Rose Collection. This hand painted wood round is an original mixed media piece of artwork using gouache, ink, and watercolour. Painted in 2021. Dimensions: 8.5" x 5.75" I created my Glass Rose Collection to have an elegant and beautiful look. These paintings were originally inspired by the artificial, glass-looking, 3D roses I have seen on other sites, as well as my personal love for roses. Roses are a main theme in my artwork and are sure to make appearances in many of my future collections. Each Glass Rose painting has a mounted chain to the back of the wood round for a simple yet elegant display. All chains are hand selected to match well with the stem of the rose in the painting, whether it be gold, silver, or copper. If hanging the painting is not your desire, picture stands (not included) are also a beautiful way to display your piece.
