We've all needed an Emotional Support Chicken since about March 2020. Now you can have your very own, regardless of your county's rules on farm animals, without the hassle of a 4H waiver or a therapist letter. Sister Mary Margaret and Sister Mary Myrtle are my emotional support chickens. They sit on my desk and look derpy. Sometimes they try to lay an egg, but it turns out to be an eraser or phone cord adapter. Mostly they cheer me on, and encourage me to knit one more round or play one more level of my videogame before forcing myself to do "real" work.
