Endless Summer

Product Description

As I was editing a photograph of people standing against a setting sun at Lido Beach in Sarasota, Florida, in 2020, I couldn't help but think of The Endless Summer. I decided to push the color to the extreme, resulting in a striking red graphic image. The composition was so impressive that I turned it into a three-color photo silkscreen. The main difference between a silkscreen and a photograph lies in the ink used. The viscosity of the silkscreen ink makes it much more powerful than that of an inkjet or laser-printed image, resulting in a more graphic and impactful color. Any details that need improvement in the photograph are made up in the design of the silkscreen. I have named this artwork Endless Summer, which is a limited signed edition of twelve 24" x 24" inches prints. Only ten remain.
