This is an already made item. It is a folio album with stationery. There are 6 note cards with envelopes. After you use the notes you can use the folio as a place to put special mementos, pictures, concert tickets, notes, poems, whatever you like. It measures 7.25 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, 1.5 inches thick when folded up. The note cards measure 5.25 x 5.25. Once it is sold, it is gone. I do not mass produce items.
