There are moments when a painting feels larger than canvas. This piece captures a bald eagle in full flight — wings stretched wide, cutting through a sky of flowing red, white, and blue. The movement of the flag behind it isn’t static; it breathes. It moves. It rises. For me, the eagle represents resilience and unwavering strength. Its upward gaze is intentional — focused, forward, and fearless. I wanted the brushwork in the feathers to feel layered and alive, contrasting against the softness of the flag’s motion. Strength and grace existing in the same space. This painting is a tribute to freedom, courage, and the enduring spirit that carries us forward.
