Handmade, silly monster patchwork quilt in blue and orange. Quilt top and backing are made of 100% cotton fabric. The outer border is an allover small silly monster print on a pale blue background. (Closeup photos of fabrics are stock photos from a similar quilt.) The polka dot backing fabric is large (11/16" diameter) white dots on a solid bright orange background. Low-loft, non-allergenic batting is 80% bleached white cotton and 20% polyester blend. Machine quilted with white thread in a loopy star pattern. The striped binding is double-folded for durability. The binding has been machine-stitched to the front and hand sewn to the back. Approximate Dimensions: 47.75" (121.29 cm) wide x 56.875" (144.46 cm) long PLEASE NOTE: Although the outer fabrics have been washed prior to piecing and quilting, expect 2 to 3% shrinkage of the batting after the first laundering. Colors: Bright multicolor — predominantly blue with shades of green, blue, and yellow, red, orange, purple, off-white, and black Care Instructions: Machine wash separately, delicate cycle, in cold water with a mild detergent such as Dreft Stage 1: Newborn. Do not use bleach or any laundry detergent/product containing brighteners as they will cause the colors to fade. Line dry (recommended) or tumble dry on low heat.
