This is size large which is 8" in circumference and 2.5" diameter. Please note: These are fashion bracelets and not designed to be worn in the shower or the pool. To measure your wrist, fold your hand as if you were going to put on a bangle, then wrap a tape measure around the largest part (your knuckle area).
