The hag stone also has an embedded fossilized crinoid stem. The driftwood, fossils, and hagstone were found locally here in Tennessee. Hagstones - believed to have magical properties and to be able to ward off witches and other ne'er-do-wells. Unikite - a healing stone used for centuries by many different cultures.
