Each earring was made with an origami paper folded butterfly from Chiyogami paper , paired with a faceted glass bead on fish hook ear-wire The length of the earring from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the butterfly is 2″. The width of the butterfly is about 1″ The origami butterfly were sealed with coats of sealer & varnish to add durability and protect them from moisture. But they are not waterproof. Do not submerge the earrings in water, wear them to swimming or shower. Butterfly symbolize for change, hope, life, resurrection, rebirth, new beginning & soul.
