This post-punk, pop art, good time manifesto features my daughter’s original artwork on a hard bound book cover with three signatures of pages. This junk journal has plenty of space for writing and lots of pop art ephemera. It has about 120 pages (60 sheets). The cover is made from an upcycled book. This journal has a post-punk, snarky vibe with some left-leaning sentiments. It features images from magazines and pop art books, as well as some hand-drawn art. You’ll also find pockets, envelopes, tuck spots, flip-outs, tags, journaling cards and other ephemera. The book is about 8.5 inches tall by 5.75 inches wide and 1.5 inches thick at the spine. I like to have space to jot down ideas, doodle and write, so I’ve included lots of blank space as well as ephemera. Papers include upcycled and printed copy paper, card stock, grid paper, old book pages, and coffee- and food coloring-dyed pages. Signatures are sewn to a spine and then glued into the book. This one-of-a-kind book is perfect as a gift, journal, grievance journal, scrap book or whatever you can imagine! Please allow for some small imperfections as it is handmade.
