These wood stud earrings are handmade from beautiful Kingwood; which has dark and light stripes that have a very slight reddish tone. My husband (an accomplished woodworker) cuts them out and I sand them using 3 different grits of sandpaper. I then seal them with a few coats of shellac which is food/skin safe. They are strongly affixed to hypoallergenic titanium posts (nickel-free and lead-free). You will receive one pair of earrings in your choice of diameter: 7mm (1/4 in), or 10mm (3/8 in) (see last picture). Please allow a few days for me to craft your pair (check shop announcement for current processing times). Thickness: 1mm to 2.5mm Your order arrives in a small, cardboard jewelry box. If you need more than one jewelry box for gifting please send me a convo and I'll make a custom listing for you to account for increased shipping charges. Earrings are not waterproof, please don't immerse earrings in water (remove them before swimming or bathing). Due to the handmade nature of these earrings, they may vary slightly from the ones pictured. Since wood grain is variable, your pair will not look exactly as the ones pictured. Also, keep in mind monitor settings can be different from computer to computer so the color might vary slightly from what is pictured.
