Labradorite Jewelry Set
Labradorite is a calcium-enriched feldspar mineral first identified in Labrador, Canada, which can display an iridescent effect (schiller) also known as labradorescence. These labradorite beads appear to be a pale green with some black but when you put them against a color they will take on a different look. With movement you will see the labradorescence effect. Both of these jewelry sets feature a mostly oval but still irregular labradorite bead surrounded by sculpted sterling silver wire. The pendants are both about 2" long. The necklaces are about 20" long. The earrings for each jewelry set are single drops of labradorite beads dangling from sterling silver French hook ear wires and are about 2" long. All attempts have been made to photograph these items correctly in the natural light. However, colors can/do vary with everyone's individual monitors.
