High Density Large Styrofoam Characters These giant polystyrene characters will make the perfect center piece for any event. I can cut almost any character you need such as letters, numbers, or symbols. They are made of high density EPS foam so that they are impact resistant and strong. A single 8" thick letter can support up to 30 lbs so a table of 4 letters can support 120 lbs! Just add a 12" table top such as glass or Plexiglass and bring on the treats. 2"- 4" thick characters are perfect for freestanding props. If you plan on painting your Styrofoam prop yourself, refrain from using aerosol or anything that contains high levels of VOC directly on polystyrene such as aerosol spray paints. Chemicals can break down/ dissolve polystyrene. We recommend latex based paint that can be found at any home improvement store. Please note: All characters that have a void such as A, B, D, O, P, Q, 0, 6, 8, & 9 will have a hotwire cut from the outside of the character to the inside to remove the void.
