Several yrs ago I saw some of these when we went to the Thanksgiving’ parade in NYC.I bought one similar but paid much more than I charge. I managed to find a place off shore making things with this type of fabric and after several years of searching I was able to buy scraps. Thanks to my dream machine that is an embroidery one and lots of experimenting I finally started making them.
