This is a very cheerful plaid of pink, yellow, and blue. Paper bag waist band fits up to 40". No pocketsWaistband is adjustable with button hole elastic. Measures approximately 35" long (not including top of paper bag waistband). This skirt is made and ready to go! I do have some of this fabric left and could accept a custom order. Fabric is 100%. The ribbon is polyester. I made the skirt and am Muscogee.
