The same fabric is used on the front and back. I use three layers of heavy terry cloth fabric in the inside to protect your hands from the heat. I test all of my hot pads by heating up a tea kettle of boiling water. I then set the hot pad on my hand and then set the hot kettle on top of it. When I don’t feel the heat, they are a winner ! They also make great trivets to use to protect your table from a hot pan. Or, they can hang as a decoration. These heavy duty hot pads are approx. 8" square to offer you extra protection. There is a large loop at the top of each hot pad to make it easy to hang up. Design placement and sizing may vary slightly. I take great pride in making quality, durable items.
