Stacy Originals is now open after closing for 45 days due to Hurricane Helene. Ornament is handmade with love in Asheville, NC by me, a proud Asheville artist. Creating this ornament is my way of starting to heal from my personal experience of the flood, while also giving back to the city I love. Monarch butterflies, which pass through the Asheville area each fall on their way to Mexico, are a symbol of beauty and strength. It seems like the perfect tribute to this vibrant area, and the beautiful people who call it home. This ornament is a fundraiser, with 50% of the profits from each ornament being donated to the ArtsAVL Emergency Relief Grant (artsavl.org/relief). The artists and creatives that reside here is one of the many things that make Asheville so amazing. Along with my own recovery, I wish to help others in their efforts to find their new normal.
