Summertime favorite! Metal + glass. Industrial monarch butterfly earrings. Raw copper is kiln fired at 1400+ degrees multiple times with hand painted layers of soft pinks, warm oranges, and delicate yellows. Monarch wings are freehand art, created one by one, in small batches so each wing is unique and special! Each year I admire the butterflies and have done my best to capture the glow of their beautiful iridescent wings, specifically when the light hits the natural copper and warms the colorful vitreous enamel. The color never fades and will remain vibrant encaptured within metal and glass! Beautiful, easy to wear, each earring is about 3-4g. Earhooks are also handmade in Sterling silver 925.
