Handmade and perfect for the photo shoot, birthday party, special occasion, destination vacation, or just a play day. Made out of 100% cotton fabric, with polyester embellishments such as lace, and horse hair braid. The skirt has 2 layers, the top with horse hair braid to add flair and the bottom with a ruffle to add volume. Completely machine washable and dryable, although we prefer you air dry to preserve it longer. There are no returns but do not hesitate to message us if something is not to your satisfaction.
