Including flowers, beads, tulle and a lovely white ostrich feather. Long 20" tulle streamers float down the back. This is a mini hat - does not fit on head, just perches on top and is held in place with attached plastic headband. Really beautiful, fun addition to any event. This hat is on a hard headband. I think it is VERY tight - I would not be able to wear for long. I would replace (easily) with a different headband, or just clips. great for small heads - or child. There are loops inside that the headband slip into - can slide it out and use whatever you like. Approx 4.5" tall. 8" diameter. Wears cute on top of head or at an angle.
