All beads measure 3mm.The beads slide easily around the band, which is great for fidgeting through times of anxiety, stress and worry! Each ring holds up to 10 beads, and you may decide to have two or three initials, depending on the length of your letters. All combinations of two letters will fit on a ring. But some three-initial combinations will not. Example: ABC will fit on a ring because the pattern equals 10 beads, but BCJ will not fit.
