(Rush orders are possible, please message us to inquire.) MATERIAL Our signs are made with LED Flexible Neon and include a clear acrylic backing with mounting pins for hanging. The acrylic backing will be cut to outline the shape of the letters unless you request otherwise. Keep wires out of reach from children as loose wires are a strangulation hazard. Warranty All of our signs and electrical components include a 1-year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase. Returns Policy Custom signs may not be returned. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item we'll accept the return and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
