Birds Organic Cotton Rag Quilt is screen printed with wood storks, brown pelican, great blue heron, sea gull, and whooping crane in water-based screen printing ink. Fabrics with hens, feathers and cactus wrens are also included in the flying geese pattern pieced blocks. All fabric used is 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. Quilt is lap or throw size at approximately 62" long x 52" wide. Outer layers are poplin and sateen fabric and inner layer is flannel. Machine quilted with natural organic cotton thread. Finished quilt has been washed in fragrance free, hypoallergenic laundry detergent to give it the "quilted" look.
