Each earring was made with an origami angelfish folded from a Chiyogami Japanese paper with plum purple, navy, teal, grey & gold color floral print, paired with a faceted iridescent purple glass bead, dangle from a gold color fish-hook ear-wires. The length of the earring from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the angelfish is 2″. The width of the angelfish is about 1.875″. The origami fishes were sealed with several coats of sealer and non-yellowing satin varnish to add durability and protect them from moisture. But they are not waterproof, so do not submerge the earrings in water, or wear them to go swimming or taking showers.
