The oyster was decoupaged with a coastal theme and then sealed to protect it. This beautiful decor piece has 15 hand painted and 12 natural wooden beads with a hemp tassel. You can display this garland alone, display in/on a basket or use thin hemp string or ribbon to tie it to a bottle or vase.
