Each earring was made with an origami paper folded leaf in a light blue, lavender, teal green & a little of pink & red print chiyogami Japanese paper, paired with a gold tone sakura cherry flower metal charm & a light blue glass bead on gold tone fishhook ear-wire. The length of the earring from the top of the ear-wire to the bottom of the leaf is 2.5″. The width of the leaf is about 0.75″. Very lightweight. The paper origami leaf were sealed with several coats of sealer and satin varnish to add durability and protect them from moisture. But they are not waterproof, so do not submerge the earrings in water, or wear them to go swimming or taking showers.
