This paper quilling of tulips was done with a technique of "on-edge". The paper is secured standing on its sides versus using traditional quilling shapes. The tulips were colored with Prismacolor coloring pencils. The paper is acid free and should not fade. It can be hung or stand alone on a surface. Colors of the tulips can be done in your choice.
