These wooden houses can be used as ornaments for Christmas tree decorations or can be displayed as magnets. They made great personal Christmas gifts for new homeowners, Real estate clients gift, housewarming gifts. Size is approximately 4.75”x3.75” They are made of 1/4” thick birch plywood and another 2 layers of 1/8” plywood (3 layers total with thickness 1/2”). They can be personalized. Personalization will be engraved on the bottom of the house. Maximum texts will be 2 lines otherwise the texts will be hard to read.
