This keepsake contains: a twist/screw top floating glass locket and a necklace (optional). The portrait together with your pet's name will be engraved inside of the pendant glass. You need to send us a clear, high-resolution picture so we will be able to deliver a nice portrait design. (Please check the instruction in the picture.) Our studio uses laser engraving machine to provides a clear and permanent mark, which will not rust, fade, or oxidize over time. Please review the jewelry care instruction when receiving the package. The pendant glass surface is fragile and please avoid dropping or extreme pressure/temperature. The necklace is not only a special keepsake you can bring with you all the time, but also can be a great gift for your family and friends. You can just purchase the pendant and put it on your existing necklace. You can also decide what to keep in the pendant and seal it with glue or sticker. Please DO NOT open/close the pendant too frequently or close/screw it too hard (especially with hair stuck in between) to keep the portrait centered.
