This is a print of a Monotype painting. Each print is made using a printmaking process called a monotype. I use a variety of inks and paints, including Akua liquid pigments, and Akua Intaglio, various acrylics, inks, Golden Paints, handmade inks, etc. on a gelatin printing plate. Each print is made by the process of curiosity and experimentation. I use layering, image transfers, texture, patterns, blotting and ghost images to create each unique piece. Each print is on acid free, handmade paper from India, It is 100% cotton rag paper and weighs 200 GSM. It has deckled edges on all four sides. It is beautiful in aesthetic, weight and texture. The deckled edges and creamy texture are just beautiful!! Prints are sold unframed. Each print comes signed!
